A patient's study-specific data is accessible from the Study Consents grid on the Administration tab of the patient detail window. In order to perform this task, your session purpose should be Research/Study for the specific study associated with the data you want to view and/or edit.

To view/edit a patient's study-specific data:

1. Open the patient detail record for the patient in question. See Viewing/Editing a Patient Record for instructions on how to do this.

2. Select the Administration tab.

3. Click on the appropriate study in the Study Consents grid. The selected study will be highlighted in yellow.

4. Click on the Open Enrollment button above the Study Consents grid. Show me the Open Enrollment button. The Study Enrollment window will open with the first tab of study-specific data displayed.

5. Make any necessary changes to the patient's study-specific data on the Study Enrollment window.

The appearance of the study-specific tab(s) on the Study Enrollment window will be different for each study.

6. Click the Save & Close button to save your changes. The window will close and the changes will be saved.

To save any changes without closing the Study Enrollment window, click on the Save button.

To close the window without saving any changes to the patient's study-specific data, click the Cancel button. Any changes made to records displayed in grids will have already been automatically saved.
