CCR actually has two sets of dictionaries, each with a dictionary manager that functions basically identically to the other — the only difference being which set of dictionaries the manager gives you access to. These instructions will help you open the Pathology Dictionary Manager, which is only used to maintain the CCR's pathology dictionaries. If the dictionary you need to edit is not a pathology dictionary, see Starting the Dictionary Manager for instructions on how to start the main dictionary manager.
To start the main CCR dictionary manager:
Select Dictionaries-Edit Pathology Dictionaries from the application menu bar. The Dictionaries window will open. On the surface, this window appears identical to the Dictionaries window for the main dictionary manager, but the dictionaries available in the Dictionaries drop-down field are different.
