This task can also be performed from the Study Consents grid of the patient detail window. See Viewing/Editing a Patient's Enrollment in a Study from the Patient Detail Window.

To view/edit a patient's enrollment in a study:

1. Open the Edit Study window for the study in question. See Editing a Study for instructions on how to do this.

2. Make sure the Study Enrollments tab is selected on the window.

If the Study Enrollments tab does not appear in the Edit Study window, you do not have the appropriate security permissions to work with patient enrollment in the current study. You must have been assigned a Coordinator security roll with respect to the current study in order to access the Study Enrollments tab.

3. Double-click on the patient whose enrollment you want to view/edit in the grid on the Study Enrollments tab. The Edit Study Enrollment Data, Consents and Consent Forms window will open displaying the selected patient's enrollment data for the current study.

4. Make any necessary changes to the enrollment information on the Edit Study Enrollment Data, Consents and Consent Forms window. For a description of this window and the fields presented, see The Enter Study Enrollment Data, Consents and Consent Forms Window. See also the links at the end of this topic for instructions for performing specific editing tasks on this window.

5. Click the Save button to save your changes. The window will close and the changes will be saved.

To close the window without saving any changes to the enrollment record, click the Cancel button. If there are unsaved changes when you do this, a confirmation dialog will open asking you to confirm that you want to close the window without saving. Click Yes to close the window and lose all unsaved changes made. Click No to keep the window open if you really want to save your changes (by clicking Save).

While the window is open, if there is any unsaved data on the window, the letters on the Save button will appear in red, yet another way of reminding you to save your work before closing the window. Any changes made to the grids on the window will have been automatically saved already.
