While each of the subreports of a patient's clinical record are summarized in the grids on the various tabs of the UUHSC Clinical Record window, not all of the information associated with that subreport is visible in the grid. It is difficult to read any of the text in the subreport in the context of a single column in a grid, and there are various fields in the actual UUHSC record that are not displayed in that grid. However, opening a window that displays all of this data in a much more accessible format is a simple process.
To view the details of a subreport from a UUHSC Clinical Record:
1. Open the UUHSC Clinical Records window for the patient in question. See Viewing a Patient's Enterprise Data Warehouse Records or Viewing a Patient's Enterprise Data Warehouse Records from Within a Pathology Report Record for instructions on how to do this.
2. Click on the tab on the window that represents the kind of record you are looking for.
3. Find the subreport that you would like to view in the grid on that tab and click on it. The UUHSC Clinical Record Detail window for that subreport will open automatically. For a description of the information presented on this window, see The UUHSC Clinical Record Detail Window.
