To view/edit a pathology report record:
1. Open the medical event record for the medical event in question. See Viewing/Editing a Medical Event for instructions on how to do this.
2. Make sure the Overview tab is selected.
3. Double-click on the pathology report you want to view/edit in the Path Reports grid. The Path Report window will open displaying the selected pathology report's data.
4. Make any necessary changes to the pathology report information on the Path Report window. For a description of this window and the fields presented, see The Path Report Window. See also the links at the end of this topic for instructions for performing specific editing tasks on this window.
5. Click the Save & Close button to save your changes. The window will close and the changes will be saved.
At any point while editing, you can click the Save button to the left of the Save & Close button to save your work without closing the window.
To close the window without saving any changes to the pathology report record, click the Close button.
