To view the details of a patient's UUHSC encounter from the EDW:
Find the patient's EDW encounter using the grid on the Encounters tab of the UUHSC Clinical Records window — see Finding a UUHSC Encounter for a Patient in the EDW for instructions on how to do this.
Click on the encounter in the grid for which you want to see the details. The row you click on will be highlighted in yellow and the UUHSC Encounter Detail window will open displaying the detailed data from the EDW about that encounter. See The UUHSC Encounter Detail Window for a description of the data displayed on the UUHSC Encounter Detail window's various tabs.
As with all of the data displayed from the EDW in CCR, this information is for viewing only. You cannot make any changes or edits to the encounter record.
