To add a patient education packet to a standard of care profile:

1. Open the Standard of Care Profile window for the profile to which you want to add the patient education packet. See Editing a Standard of Care Profile for instructions on how to do this.

2. Select the Patient Education Materials tab on that window.

3. Click on the + button above the Patient Education Materials (Hope Guide) grid on that tab.The Add Packet window will open.

4. Select the packet(s) that you want to add to the standard of care profile in the Available Packets grid on the Add Packet window. The selected row(s) will appear highlighted in yellow.

You can select multiple packets in the grid by holding down the CTRL button and clicking on each of the packets to be selected one at a time.

You can see the contents of any packet in the Available Packets grid by double-clicking on that packet in the grid. The Packet Details window will open display a list of the contents of the selected packet — see also Viewing the Contents List of a Patient Education Packet.

5. Click on the Add button to add the selected packets to the standard of care profile. The Add Packet window will close and the new patient education packet(s) will be added to the Patient Education Materials (Hope Guide) grid on the Standard of Care Profile window.

To close the Add Packet window without adding a packet to the standard of care profile, click the Cancel button instead of the Add button.
