This task can also be performed from the Study and Cancer Group Administration module. See Viewing/Editing a Patient's Enrollment in a Study.

The details of a patient's enrollment in a study, including each of that patient's consents relative to that study, can be accessed and then edited from the Study Consents grid on the Administration tab of the patient detail window. In order to perform this task, your session purpose should be Research/Study for the specific study enrollment you want to view and/or edit.

To view/edit a patient's study-specific data:

1. Open the patient detail record for the patient in question. See Viewing/Editing a Patient Record for instructions on how to do this.

2. Select the Administration tab.

3. Click on the appropriate study in the Study Consents grid. The selected study will be highlighted in yellow.

4. Click on the Open Enrollment button above the Study Consents grid. The Study Enrollment window will open.

5. Select the Overview tab on the Study Enrollment window.

Make any necessary changes to the patient's enrollment on the Study Enrollment window. See The Study Enrollment Window for a description of the window and information presented. See also the list of topics at the end of these instructions for links to instructions for performing specific editing tasks on the Study Enrollment window.

6. Click the Save & Close button to save your changes. The window will close and the changes will be saved.

To save any changes without closing the Study Enrollment window, click on the Save button.

To close the window without saving any changes to the patient enrollment, click the Cancel button. Any changes made to records displayed in grids will have already been automatically saved.
