To remove a lab test result from a patient record:

Open the patient detail record for the patient in question. See Viewing/Editing a Patient Record for instructions on how to do this.

Select the Labs tab.

Click on the test result that you want to remove in the Tests grid on that tab. The selected row will be highlighted in yellow.

Click on the — button above the grid. The row will be removed from the grid. If the lab test is also associated with a medical event, it will also be removed from the corresponding Tests grid on the Details tab of the Medical Event Detail window for that medical event.
