This task can also be performed from the Study and Cancer Group Administration module. See Deleting a Patient Consent Record.

To delete a patient consent record:

1. Open the Study Enrollment window for the patient's enrollment in the study. See Viewing/Editing a Patient's Enrollment in a Study from the Patient Detail Window for instructions on how to do this.

2. Click on the consent record you want to remove from the current enrollment in the Signed Consents grid on the window. The selected row will be highlighted in yellow. Show me the grid with a row selected.

3. Click on the — button above the grid. A dialog will open asking you to confirm that you really want to delete the consent.

4. Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the consent record. The dialog will close and the selected consent will be removed from the grid.

If you change your mind and decide that you really don't want to remove the consent record from the patient enrollment, click No and the dialog will close without any changes occurring in the database.
