Users must be study coordinators or cancer group administrators to perform study administration tasks in CCR. If a user does not have have the proper security clearance or if they are signed into CCR with a session purpose other than Research/Study for the specific study for which they have the proper role, the Study Admin button will be grayed out. Users with Cancer Group Administrator roles may perform administration features related to a study using the Group Admin button — see Cancer Group Administration and Cancer Group Studies Administration.

To start the Study Administration utility:

Click on the Study Admin button in the application toolbar on the left side of the application desktop. Show me this button. The Edit Study window will open — this may take a few seconds while your study settings are loaded. See The Edit Study Window for a description of the elements on this window as well as for links to instructions for the various tasks that can be performed using the Edit Study utility.
