If a patient has an MRN, UUMC Records are accessible from the patient window or from any specimen record for a specimen collected from that patient.
- Open the patient record (or specimen record) associated with the patient with pathology records. See Editing Patient Records or Editing Specimen Records.
- Select Open-Tumor Registry Record from the menu bar at the top of the patient or specimen window. The Tumor Registry window will open displaying the patient's records from the Tumor Registry. Alternatively, press Ctrl+9 while the patient window is active.

Menu options to access the Tumor Registry records for a patient can also be found on the detail windows for all specimens collected from the patient.

Click a tumor in the list at the top of the window to see the actual tumor information (displayed below the list).
