itBioPath Terms of Service
Thank you for using itBioPath. This application is provided by Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI), located at 2000 Circle of Hope, Salt Lake City, UT .84112. By using itBioPath, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Using itBioPath
You must follow the itBioPath Program Policy. Don't misuse itBioPath. (For example, don't interfere with itBioPath or try to access it using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide.) You may use itBioPath only as permitted by law. We may suspend your itBioPath account to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct. You may not use content from itBioPath unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. itBioPath may display some content that is external to the application (e.g., UUHSC Patient Record, GNomEx data, etc.). This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. In connection with your use of itBioPath, we may send you release notes, administrative messages, and other information.
itBioPath Access
You will need either an HCI or University of Utah account in order to access itBioPath. You will need to work with your IT department to create such an account. You also need to sign an HCI confidentiality agreement before your account is activated for itBioPath use. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your account. If you learn of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or if any HIPAA violation has occurred, please report it to HCI Research Informatics and the UUHSC Help Desk at 801-587-6000.
Modifying itBioPath
We are constantly changing and improving itBioPath. We may add or remove functionalities or features at any time. We will give you reasonable advance notice of changes so you have time to adjust any processes affected by the change. If you have any objections to the changes, you must contact HCI Research Informatics prior to the deployment. You may stop using itBioPath at any time, although we'll be sorry to see you go.
