To modify an existing price criterion from the potential billing charges list:

1. Click on the Manage billing button in the Administration section of the application home page or the Billing button from among the buttons at the top of the window.

The billing window will appear.

2. Select the Prices tab in the pane on the left side of the window.

3. Find the price item in the list on the Prices tab and double-click on it. (The price items in the list are represented by the dollar bills icons.)

The Price window will appear, displaying the current settings for the item you have selected. This is the window where you will make your changes to the price item.

4. Make appropriate changes to the price item, including changing the Name of the item, adding or editing Notes about the item if applicable, changing the price to be charged — see Setting/Changing the Price of a Charge Item — and/or changing the criteria that indicates under which conditions the charge item will be included on the bill for an experiment — see Setting/Changing the Criteria by Which a Charge Item will be Applied to Billing for an Experiment. The Active box should be checked in order for the billing charge to actually be used in billing (or you can deactivate the item completely by unchecking that box).

5. Click Save in the lower right corner of the Price window to save your changes.
