This confirmation dialog opens when you click on the Clear All button above the large grid on the Sample View tab of the New Experiment Request module. GNomEx is just making sure that you really wanted to delete all of the samples in the grid and didn't click the button by accident. If you really meant to clear the Samples list, click Yes and the grid will be cleared of samples. If you didn't intend to delete all of the samples in the grid, click No and the dialog will close without any changes being made to the database.
