This dialog box appears if you select the Samples tab on the Submit Microarray Hybridization Request window after having activated this tab once (or rather moved beyond the Sample Setup tab on this window, which automatically activates it) and then having returned to the Sample Setup tab and changed the number of samples in the first field (A. How many samples will you be submitting?). When you first moved beyond the Sample Setup tab, GNomEx automatically created a number of sample records in the grid on the Samples tab equal to the number you had indicated in this field. Now the application recognizes that the number of samples it should have automatically created has changed and is checking with you to see if it should remove the previously created samples and create a new set of samples based on this updated information (specifically the same number of samples now indicated in the field). If you do want GNomEx to automatically make this adjustment, click on Yes. Otherwise, click on No. The number of samples in the grid on the Samples tab does not necessarily have to equal the number of samples you indicated on the first tab; however, in most cases you do want the number of samples to match up.
