This error message appears if you enter an invalid user ID or an incorrect password for the user ID you have entered when logging into UPDBL. Click OK to clear the error message. Then, try logging in again with the correct user ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it — see Changing or Resetting Your Password. If you are still unable to log in, contact UPDBL Support at updbl.support@hci.utah.edu. Remember that you must have registered to use UPDBL. You may not simply use your University of Utah or HCI network login to access UPDBL without registering — see Registering as a UPDBL User.
