This error message appears if you click on the Run Query button without selecting any criteria to aggregate the results by. As the message implies, you cannot run the query without aggregation criteria. Click OK to clear the message and add aggregation criteria before running the query again — see Creating a New Query or Changing a Previously Created Query.
